Aliasing and ringing are rare and very slight. Colour bands barely exist. We applied routine anti-aliasing, a bit of de-banding and de-ringing.By contrast, the TV series Itsudatte Bokura no Koi wa 10 Centi Datta., has slightly worse image quality. Most drawings are 864p; a few are 900p. Colour bands are more noticeable. Since the lines clearly show they've been up-scaled using a bi-linear algorithm, we used descaling and reconstruction based on our analysis, then applied some de-banding and de-ringing.
